We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) who is energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic about developing and advancing AI-based products for our customers.
Your focus will be on building and further developing solutions with Generative AI – especially chatbots, RAG systems, function calling, and agent-based workflows – always with a clear focus on customer benefits, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and the overall environment.
You will act as the interface between customers, internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, and Management), and our development team, and will play a key role in further expanding our AI product strategy and portfolio. You are welcome to contribute to the entire value chain.
Your profile. You...
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in the software or SaaS environment.
- You have practical experience in the design and management of AI-based solutions, ideally with:
- Chatbots/Conversational AI
- RAG architectures
- Function Calling
- Agentic/workflow-based AI systems.
- You are confident in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders (C-level executives, specialist departments, tech teams) – both in discovery settings and in decision-making meetings.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and can communicate complex technical issues clearly and understandably.
- You enjoy working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) and are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git-based workflows.
- You are highly analytical, make data-driven decisions, and have a strong sense for user experience and business value.
- Ideally, you have experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service), possess basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming languages (e.g., for understanding prototypes and pipelines), or have experience with common BI tools (ideally Qlik) and a good understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis.
